በተግባራዊ አቀራረብ፣ የቅድመ ዝግጅት፣ የማብሰያና የአገልግሎት እርምጃዎችን ግልጽ በሆነ ማለፊያ ያስተካክሉ። የወጥ ቤቱ ቦታ ቀዝቃዛ ዝግጅት ማለፊያው አጠገብ፣ ማሞቂያው መስመር መሃል ላይ፣ ስብሰባው ደግሞ ከክሬም መረቅ ጋር በኬክ መሣሪያው አጠገብ መጫን አለበት። ቀድመው የሚደርሱ ሠራተኞች እቃዎችን ፈትተው ያዘጋጃሉ፤ የበላይ ጠባቂ ጉብኝት ሊተገበሩ የሚችሉ ማስተካከያዎችን ለማስታወስ አጭር ነጸብራቅን ያካትታል። በእያንዳንዱ አገልግሎት ከመጀመራችን በፊት ፈጣን ንክኪ ላይ የተመሠረተ ስብሰባ በማድረግ የግንኙነት መስመሮቹ ክፍት ሆነው መቆየት አለባቸው። መስመሮቹን ለማጥራት ሌሎች ማስተካከያዎች በትይዩ ሊሞከሩ ይችላሉ።.
